The Learning Team Retail Product 45-Day Return and Refund Policy



This document provides information on how to return any product purchased from The Learning Team within the United States.



What Products Are Eligible for a Refund?

All software products that you have purchased in the United States come with The Learning Team 45-Day Money-Back Guarantee. The Learning Team will refund your purchase price subject to policy guidelines, warranty, and license agreement provisions.



How Can I Return a Product for a Refund?

  1. First, please click here to fill out The Learning Team Return and Refund Form.

  2. In filling out the form, please include:

    1. Complete contact information, including your street address (no PO boxes), city, state, ZIP or postal code, country, telephone number, and e-mail address (when applicable).

    2. If applicable, please include the product's serial number, product key, and/or ISBN number.

    3. Please state clearly the reason for the return.

  3. Upon completion and submission of The Return & Refund Form, The Learning Team Customer Service Department shall receive and review your claim. 

  4. If accepted, The Learning Team will then issue a Return Materials Authorization (RMA).



The Learning Team neither accepts returns nor issues refunds for the following types of products:

  1. Products obtained through a volume license or an employee purchase program.

  2. Not-for-resale (NFR), pirated, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) bundled, tryout, or free-of-charge products or versions.

  3. Online Service Subscriptions.

  4. Products purchased from an online auction site, or from an individual.

  5. Products, or versions of products, that The Learning Team no longer distributes or supports.



Once your Return and/or Refund Claim has been issued:

  1. Completely uninstall the software product from your computer, any storage devices, and delete any backup copies.

  2. Create a copy of your original sales receipt, credit card statement, or canceled check.

  3. Send the product, in its original packaging, and all related materials via traceable means to our Return Center. For tracking and security reasons, all returns must be sent by Federal Express, UPS or certified and insured U.S. Mail.


Note: You have 30 days from the date that The Learning Team issues the RMA to return the product to The Learning Team. To ensure the timely processing of your return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Make sure that your RMA number, name, and address appear on the returned package.

  2. Ship the package using a carrier that has a reliable tracking system. The Learning Team cannot be held responsible for products lost during shipping.

  3. Send the product, all packaging, and enclosed materials to the following address:
